Perth Head Office | Permanent, Full‑Time

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to join our Business Systems team at our Perth Head Office on a permanent, full‑time basis.

Reporting to the Supervisor Business Systems, this role is responsible for the administration, development, and ongoing optimisation of our SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform environments, supporting users across corporate and operational functions.

About the Role

Working closely with the Business Systems team, you will:

  • Administer and maintain SharePoint Online, including user access and security
  • Design, develop, and support SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and forms
  • Support and enhance the company intranet and DCMS
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design and implement system solutions
  • Develop user guides and training materials
  • Assist with data warehouse administration

About You

You are a collaborative and technically capable professional with strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset. You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience administering SharePoint Online
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including security and access controls
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Exposure to API integrations and data management in cloud and/or local server environments
  • Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Desirable

  • Azure Database Administrator Associate certification (or equivalent)
  • Power Platform Fundamentals certification
  • Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in SharePoint administration
  • Microsoft 365 certification (e.g. MS‑900, MS‑300 or similar)
